It is specifically designed to help you manage credit risk and collateral financing simultaneously. SBMA helps clients, lenders and borrowers make the right decision at the right time.
We provide both Certified Field Appraisals and Desktop Appraisals. Instead of charging our clients for each machine every time the need for an appraisal arises, we have a plan which allows you to pay a flat fee per year of $3,500 for our appraisal service work. You can receive an unlimited number of appraisals for individual pieces of machinery.
Certified Field Appraisals are used when your company needs to verify the presence and value of assets at a particular location. This type of appraisal is required for financial institutions, insurance companies, asset based lenders, estates and bankruptcy. A Desktop Appraisal is a useful estimate for determining the current market value of your asset base.
